Neil is currently engaged as the  Head of Coaching for Wales Golf, where he still directly coaches the Mens and Boys National Teams and Squads. 

He represented Great Britain & Ireland and Wales at every level before turning professional in 2000. 

Since then, Neil has switched his focus to coaching where he has worked with all levels of golfers from beginners to Tournament professionals.

In 2007, whilst working with the PGA and GDW as a Swing Tutor, he was awarded the Golf Foundation and the Golf Development Wales PGA professional of the year for his work developing and encouraging golfers at the grass roots level.

Since his appointment as National Coach in 2007, he has helped to produce a High Performance ethos and culture change within Welsh Golf that has resulted in numerous GB&I Internationals, winners of International events and the European Individual champion in 2012.

 In 2013, Neil was selected by UK Sport to be part of the coveted Aspire Programme for High Performance coaches.  The experience of working across other sports has helped to shape a coaching philosophy, that aided the introduction of the Nationally acclaimed GUW Coaching Centres in 2014.

Neil, continues to pride himself on being at the cutting edge of Golf coaching and is fortunate to have worked with many International amateurs as well as  Challenge and European Tour Professionals.
