Since finishing playing, my goal has been quite simple and what I would ask of any player, to be the best you possibly can be and constantly develop.

I ultimately want to create an environment where each players guided and supported through a clear development process.

We are all different, so are our needs, so I believe in a completely individualised player plan where each and every player is given the opportunity to meet and exceed their goals.

Technology has moved on so much in the past 20 years and I firmly believe we must
take advantage of this to help make effective coaching decisions.
